ABOUT ELAINE
- Elaine is a mom, grandmother, veteran's wife, instructor, and community activist.
- She has served on numerous nonprofit boards; she is currently the treasurer for Boxes of Hope (www.BoxesOfHopeAz.org) - building a path to stable housing and self-sufficiency.
- Elaine formed the nonprofit "Teaching Life Choices, Inc." (TLC) in 2012 - dedicated to captivating and engaging the minds of youth to learn, have fun, and make good life choices. TLC distributes books, some of which Elaine has written and published, to elementary and middle schools. TLC also awards first time, low income college students book scholarships.
- Elaine is an elected Governing Board Member of the Drexel Heights Fire District.
- She served as treasurer for four candidates in the 2024 election cycle.
- Elaine is the current 1st Vice Chair of LD16 Democrats and a State Committee Member.
